Seller and agreement
PERSONA AI is provided by Jamain Roth. You contract with Jamain Roth for the service. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, keep account details accurate and protect your credentials.
What you purchase
The educational builder is free. Each curated assistant configuration costs €9.99 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal. A purchase grants personal configuration access and export while the entitlement is active; it does not buy a new trained model, unlimited inference or ongoing AI usage. Confirmed accounts can use 10 AI trial requests total, shared across features, at most one every 10 seconds. Reserved failed requests count. Editing, learning, saving and free configuration exports remain available without AI trials.
Payments through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes and refund mechanics. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Acceptable AI use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, spam, infringing material, deceptive deepfakes, hateful abuse, malware, jailbreaking or bypassing safety and usage controls. Do not interfere with security, probe systems without authorization or scrape the service abusively. You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to inputs, checking output accuracy and how you use outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not regulated medical, financial, legal or other professional advice without qualified oversight. No external tasks are executed automatically.
Intellectual property and complaints
Jamain Roth retains the software, documentation and branding rights. You retain rights in your inputs and grant only the permission needed to process and host them to provide the service. To the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs; exclusivity and non-infringement are not guaranteed. Purchased configurations are licensed for your personal use, not resale or redistribution. Rights holders can report infringement to redjamain@icloud.com with the material, location and evidence of ownership. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs and suspend accounts for serious or repeated infringement.
Availability and termination
Uninterrupted or error-free performance is not guaranteed. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. Full approved refunds revoke purchased access; partial refunds retain it. Chargebacks suspend access until reversed. You can export your private work and request account deletion through account settings. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
